      Pros

      Salary. Unlimited holiday. Supportive team members. Flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Micro-management. Constant power/political plays from management. Management will glaze in work you sweat over. Your not valued on the work you do, but based on ur rapport with the existing management. Management lacks technical expertise. Typical Indian company - gotta boot lick your way to the top.

      Wfh, remote allowance, good work life balance at time, talented group of people in all depts, rewards and recognition, good product, renowned brand!

      not great for career growth and people who add true value at all. lacking true growth and enterprise mindset.
