- Difficult to meet quota expectations - For a company of this stature and size, a lot of the work is done is spreadsheets because of which things cannot be tracked accurately. - Quotas are high and very difficult to achieve. - Compensation needs to be better for the complexity of the products being sold and the number of products that sales reps work with.

Cons
