It feels like the managers have been promoted too soon, and they do not realise how important a good manager is for the well being of an individual working under their leadership. Often (and this is across the entirety of sales function at BStack) the managers are deeply concerned about saving their own face, and delivering their individual targets (even at the expense of their subordinates).
If only the managers can see that we are a team working for the same goal, not hold petty grudges against their own team, and acknowledge where they have lacked could be a turning point.
