The revamped promotion system and other gift hampers, moreover the likes the 5 and 10 year anniversary, are amazing. It feels nice to see appreciation for my dedication and hard work and celebrate long-term commitment. The recent Grant boost was also very encouraging, hope we get more of it and with more frequency.

Hope the org fulfills it's commitment towards twice a year cadence as WFH needs breaks and a change is definately required to recharge

App Automate and App Percy have been a huge help to my team in automating more tests and getting results faster, cutting down own our overall testing feedback loop. App Percy has recently unlocked an entirely new avenue of testing for mobile native apps as well with visual comparisons.
Cons
BrowserStack is essential for QA testing various websites we develop. Knowing we are using real devices, not just VMs is important in ensuring the highest quality code.

There is nothing good apart from the salary and WFH setup, Very bad technology under the hood, and no flexibility to improve anything; they are just waiting for the day when everything goes down. Very bad product management and people management. Lack of goal and visibility and pseudo layoff on top of that.
