Decent Pay in some areas, plenty of work, fun American hand built product, interesting business, growing and opportunities to bring positive change

Cons

Disorganization, communication, low tenured management, pay in some areas, no consistency in upper level management, lots of OT from being consistently behind schedule (improving slightly as of late)
