      Brunswick is one of the rare companies that aim to develop talents and promote from within. The company also listens to its employees and tries to improve on its processes to be more efficient.

      Brands and travel options. You do get to do a lot.

      Cons

      Culture, Executive leadership, and management needs to evaluate how they treat employees. The corporation makes huge cuts, but the executive team travels on private jets. The executive team is made up of "the right fit" members and not who is most qualified.
