Pros

Great market, great opportunity, great growth potential for the business.

Cons

Like most business today in US, confirmed what we learned from recession layoffs from 2008-2012 when the tactical workers were mass terminated and really exposed how bad upper/mid management was, Brunswick still has same old structure, old out of date 20th century ideas in place like most places. This current leadership/management team has little true supply chain experience. Most locations don't actually know or practice any supply chain aspect, they are data analysts (which anyone who knows anything about data or supply chain), is always retroactive. Which makes the current global supply chain state (that will be dramatically restructured in next decade), a losing game due to poor management and leadership. Hopefully the post pandemic out of date 20th century structure changes and true experience (not education and titles who do not support or contribute tactically) will prevail and drive true business sucess and true Team culture and environment success.
