-Co-workers are extremely pleasant. -Management is very accommodating and really cares about employees.

Cons

- Training isn't particularly helpful, but other than that there are no complaints.

Great attention is given to the physical plant, investments are always being made and new buildings are always going up. Staff, faculty and students get lots of attention and positive reinforcement.

Cons

Far walk to the parking lot but that's about all.
