Pros

Bryant pays very competitively and has a great benefit package. It is also a small university so I had an opportunity to really get to know and work with students.

Cons

Where to begin. The school was originally a business college and although they've changed, the culture of that still heavily influences the day to day operations on all levels. As someone who has worked at many other colleges/universities, this one felt the least like a university and more like--how shall I put this?--business community college/trade school. Also, administration facilitates students' entitlement and faculty often feel as if they are the "fry guys" of higher ed. Some departments have issues with nepotism, internal conflict that makes work for junior faculty and adjunct faculty difficult, etc.

Pros

Great place to work as a student worker...your supervising professors are very understanding about your school work and willing to help with other areas like finding a job

Cons

It is a little overwhelming with schoolwork and having to work. Additionally, you don't know if your assistance will be needed the next semester for financial aid purposes.
