Pay is pretty good. Hours are pretty good. Location is pretty good. Bennies are pretty good. Staff are nice and students are pretty good.

Cons

Hard place to get a decision made. Not really able to make simple choices for anything. Lacks communication and a plan for the future.

Great advancement in A/V department Koffler Center improving daily, great equipment being introduced to campus It's a great place to work

Cons

Departments look down on A/V as being below them, not very fair. Having to go to a class to put in a DVD.
