      Pros

      - co workers on property were fantastic - flexible when time off was needed - everyone on site worked well together

      Cons

      - low pay and wouldn't pay more - upper management will bad mouth to avoid promotions/pay raises - they will have you fill in at other properties that you could be promoted for but they won't pay you for filling in - higher ups in the company will set you up to fail - They paid the replacement for me more an hour with 0 experience

      The company is great and you can have a sit down with the president and he is very understanding and will work with you on anything.

      Cons

      Need to make sure we are getting the proper funding for the properties.
