Was micro managed, watched on camera, spied on by other properties management, benefits were outrageous expensive. Work atmosphere was awful didn’t have what we needed to run the office no printer for months, would often be out of paper towels, toilet paper and hand soap. They cut down cleaning company hours and expected the office to clean the clubhouse and rest room. They took over from other management and ruined the property, had palm rats running rampant because they wouldn’t landscape the pond. Never was made to feel welcome so why was I surprised when I wasn’t given an exit interview. Too me months to receive my final check. No training at all, they waited till you made a mistake then corrected you.
