Flexible work hours, excellent healthcare, unlimited vacation. Co-workers are friendly, supportive and a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Engineering led company, other departments fall secondary to engineering. Majority of decisions pertaining to the overall application are made by or approved by engineering team.
