Pros

I loved the people I was working with and the company really has a great direction and motivation.

Cons

With the ability to work remotely whenever we wanted, I found it a lot harder to bond with the members of my team and would've liked a more immersive environment.

Positive Experience at a Unique Startup

Pros

Cool product, highly flexible schedule, interesting and enjoyable work. Management is friendly, helpful and open to questions or feedback. Everyone I've worked with has always been transparent and upfront with me. I also received thorough training, especially as a tester when tasks required more fluidity and attention to detail.

Cons

None personally. But due to the nature of the work, self-motivation and time management might be an issue for some.
