You will get consistent hours Benefits PTO

Cons

One 15 minute break even with 10 hour shifts Biometric clock in system is a bit much. No room for human error (getting in trouble for leaning against a counter, write-ups for being literally one minute last because of traffic, you can't check the time on your phone, if your tattoo accidentally shows you can get terminated on the spot, on certain teams they will keep you past the end of your shift, no employee discounts etc....)

• competitive pay rate ( extra $ per hour on weekends) •full time employees get up to 3 weeks PTO a year •paid weekly • easy to move up the management ladder if they have the openings available

Cons

•Break time was only 5 minutes standing up ( I believe this has since changed since I left but may depend on location) •very strict on their policies. Being even a minute late will get you a write up.
