Pros

Sometimes you get a trainee long enough to remember their name.

Cons

The entire experience led me to playing overwatch and queing as a tank because I wanted to feel something. Management does not have any threat evaluation when you tell them there are crackheads with knives. Management will tell you to stop talking when you are training a new employee and proceed to stand in the same location talking for another hour. Management will ask you to stay longer than your shift then yell at you for having overtime. Management will actively show signs of anger when they receive a pto request (will use the f word). Management will write you up for being sick with sun stroke and will use disciplinary actions that block promotion potential. Management will expect some employees to work "at different levels" because "it's not worth the conversation."

Pros

- One notable advantage of the company is its generous PTO policy. However, it's important to consider that the PTO encompasses both vacation and sick days.

Cons

- While the company advertises a 6% match to your 401k, it's worth noting that this benefit is applicable only after completing one year of employment, and personal contributions are not permitted during this period. - The medical insurance offered by the company may not meet expectations in terms of coverage and cost-effectiveness. Exploring options outside the company or considering coverage through a spouse or partner's provider could be advisable. - Prospective employees should be aware that formal training opportunities may be limited, as the company culture tends to emphasize independent learning and self-sufficiency. In some cases, managers may direct individuals to seek assistance from online resources such as YouTube and Google for additional support and guidance. - company culture is pretty much nonexistent there’s an awkward tension in the office.

Pros

Paid weekly, that’s all I can say that is good.

Cons

Very strict and always complaining. You work 6 days straight and get two days off sometimes 1 day off. No set scheduling, 20min break, you have to ask to use the bathroom, and Again always complaining are micro managing you.
