      20 minute lunch breaks, 8-10 day work weeks ever week. No criticism of anything, even respectful ones

      Money. That's it. I'm serious, really no other pro then the money

      Cons

      You'll work 7 to 10 days straight, they'll say it's normal and that they can schedule you like that because the schedule ends on Fridays. The amount of side work feels like slavery and the money for the amount of time and work you do really isn't worth it. Me and my associates since store opening have been hazed, screamed at and mis treated for a company who can't retain a 3rd of who they hire. When s company just offers the money before they tell you anything, really should make you question their moral responsibility of a company. I'm my sure why this company isn't being investigated, by judging by current situations, out federal government doesn't have the time.

      who are just trying to pay their bills and make it in life then yall develop a friendship and then management fires them for stupid things or makes sure you never work with them so you don't get any enjoyment while at bucees. Also unless you are blonde and or super skinny or being friendly with management you won't get far in this company

      They will throw good team leads and managers under the bus without batting an eyelash, but then turn around and protect disgusting men in management. Upper managment is very weird, wost place Ive ever worked. During the pandemic they lied and used pandemic unemployement to pay employees who tested positive while saying it came out of their vacation time
