3rd Shift is miserable Lack of training No management in deli Drama No breaks

Employees are treat like garbage by management and experienced employees. Constantly talked down to, ridiculed, and straight up yelled at for doing the job the way you are told to. Different managers want different things and you'll have 'meetings' for not doing something their way. One of the last 'meetings' I had was because a new hire was sent to help me with a job she had not done before, and I showed her how it's supposed to be done. She complained that I was telling her what to do when I was not a manager. The managers agreed that it wasn't my place to show her how to do this job and that I should have left her alone.... She had not done this job yet, had received no training for it yet, and was sent specifically to help me complete it... I was told I shouldn't have even spoke to her about the work and let her do it on her own.
