- High pay for what you are doing - Full sweeping benefits - Always offers overtime pay
Cons
- Will fire you for being late or forgetting to clock in or out MUCH sooner than any other company I've worked for. And by late, I mean a single minute after assigned clock in time. - Because of previous Con, they always seem to be short-staffed, creating a higher stress environment and requiring you to work more than 40 hours every week. - No incentives to move up in management besides a higher pay. No additional benefits, pto, leniency, nothing. - No incentives to stick around. Pay does not increase in your current position nomatter how long you've been there.
