Bathroom breaks are great but don’t have an upset stomach because they will call you into the office. One minute is late no matter the circumstances. Don’t get a flat tire on the way to work. Zero tolerance policy for tardiness. You can’t call in more than an hour ahead of time. They don’t respect work/home life balance. 7 days of working without a break isn’t uncommon. No watches and no phones while on the clock except on your 20 minute break. Employee’s would hear about their pay rate and unrealistic expectations at least 3 times in an 8 hour shift. Some of management cared about the employees well being while others were closer to Drill Sargents in the military. Also there are cameras everywhere and it’s not just to prevent theft but to enforce the laundry list rules. Out side of good pay, the health care plan is either garbage or over priced. No plans in between. It would be more advantageous to search out plans on your own.
