Pros

Pay, Benefits, meetings people ,

Cons

My experience was horrible, I left in good terms meaning I gave my two week notice and left. I did not like it since day one. The managers are rude. When I was sick and I wanted to leave I was not able to due to short staff. I went a couple of time to ask for my W2 Form and I felt as if I was begging for something. I had to go on my ways to get my form. I felt like a number here. Occasionally I would have to work long shift with a 15 min break.

Pros

They pay well with double time on holidays. Coworkers were great.

Cons

Constantly remind you that they have unrealistic expectations, but they pay well. Unrealistic rules. Toxic work environment that treats every employee like a child. Unrealistic expectations are rules like you can’t go to your car for any reason, even needing Tylenol. Supervisors don’t respect the 20 minute break time. Bathroom breaks are great but don’t have an upset stomach because they will call you into the office. One minute is late no matter the circumstances. Don’t get a flat tire on the way to work. Zero tolerance policy for tardiness. You can’t call in more than an hour ahead of time. They don’t respect work/home life balance. 7 days of working without a break isn’t uncommon. No watches and no phones while on the clock except on your 20 minute break. Employee’s would hear about their pay rate and unrealistic expectations at least 3 times in an 8 hour shift. Some of management cared about the employees well being while others were closer to Drill Sargents in the military. Also there are cameras everywhere and it’s not just to prevent theft but to enforce the laundry list rules. Out side of good pay, the health care plan is either garbage or over priced. No plans in between. It would be more advantageous to search out plans on your own.

Pros

The pay is great and its nice to be paid weekly!

Cons

Management sees fit to bend the rules for themselves and other white shirts, but will write up a red shirt employee for the same. The schedule is made by a computer system, not a human person, so its completely random. Favoritism is apparent. Standing for long periods of time. One 20 minute "moment" (break) for up to 10 hour shifts. Incredibly strict environment. You're written up if you are a minute late and three write-ups is instant termination.
