Poor management. They have no respect for their associates. They talk horribly to their associates. They don’t have working equipment, and if they do and it’s needed and used by you in your current work area to get your job done, they will take it to give to a different area who broke their equipment. When it is the end of your shift, they will not let you leave, even if your replacement is there. You are not allowed to clock out at your shift end time. If you do, they will write you up. So if you’re scheduled to get off at 2, you cannot clock out until 2:05 at the earliest.
