Pros

Better pay than alot of places. Not a bad environment, everyone is very nice. I love how many rules there are. Especially dress code and expectations on/off clock.

Cons

A strong majority of people I work with don't do anything but talk and half-but everything they do and disrespect the opportunity they were given. Never get recognized for my hard work, only criticized by "manager's" that totally know the position better than I do.
