That you get paid weekly.

Cons

It’s 2026 and you can’t have any piercings or visible tattoos whatsoever, can’t check up on your small children while on the clock, hardly given any breaks, they don’t care about your work ethic they want you to be their robot. I get them being professional and wanting their employees to be the face of their company but they do take it over the top and it’s a bit overkill. I wouldn’t recommend this job to anyone for so many reasons.

I had a job but hated the inconsistent scheduling. Those 10-hour days were rough on the feet. Good fill-in job for the most part, though.

Cons

GMs and Team Leads are hard on you. Pays the bills but doesn't expect to fully enjoy the job. They are tired and not happy, and it shows how they treat you. Those 20-minute lunches do fly by. Not sure how that is legal for 7-10 hour shifts.

they paid well and gave generous vacation payout. Fast pace and days few by.

Cons

adjusting to the Buc-ees break different from other jobs and it was an adjustment when working physically all day.
