Pros

Being a family owned company, the atmosphere of the employees were generally warm and friendly. A retentive my international working environment outside of Zurich, Basel, or Lausanne.

Cons

The company lacks processes and structures. At hiring, I was told that I can work with English. After a few month I was moved to another authoritarian manager due to restructure. On the day 1, she demands that I needed to speak German. Her harassments were unbelievable and some people reported it to HR. But nothing happened and that affected the mental health of most of the team members.
