The management and directors are ineffective and very biased. The CRM and tills systems are slow and outdated. Stock takes forever to arrive, causing clients to go to competitors. Unfortunately, this makes the company untrustworthy.

Bullying, narcissistic environment. A clear divide in power. Far from objective in departments where it is paramount to be required. Throughout years of service, I have witnessed a deeply neglectful approach to staff and customers. There is no genuine value to the loyalty of staff or customers. They sell you the opportunity and use you as a puppet. They steal credit when people shine and feel threatened when people show better credentials than those who should know right from wrong. As soon as you begin speaking up they put you down, turn others against you with lies and make you want to leave. So unprofessional. Inexperienced outlook to business development and ready to use people as scapegoats. A very selfish approach to the business world and do not represent luxury at all.
