This company does not support or appreciate their employees. Hard to find vendors when needed; many companies will not work for them because they don't pay their past-due bills; frustrating! No real training for new hires. Managers cannot move without permission but it often takes 3-5 business days to get a response from your supervisors. The only way to get things handled sometimes is to tell the residents to wait until after 5 and call the emergency line or give them the corp office number, upper management will discourage it, but it's often the only way things get done.

1. Inadequate training and expectations. 2. Classic cases of District Supervisors saying they’ll do something over and over and never follow through. 4. Supervisors are spread too thin to efficiently assist with issues thoroughly. 5. Use of personal cell phones prohibited though they are a highly valuable tool in this type of position. 6. Yardi property software system feels antiquated. 7. Only 5 days of vacation time per year. 8. Extremely slow to make any moves on maintenance issues.
