The people and the culture is really positive.

Cons

None that I can think of. It is very fast paced. If you don't like fast pace, it may not be the best place for you but if you like keeping busy...this is a good place to keep you busy and grow.

Pros

The people at Buckland are really wonderful to work with. In an IT role, I was able to interact with many different Lines of Business in my time here, and even in stressful times, everyone was always professional and kind. My manager was extremely flexible and understanding and the Service and Support team I worked with were some of the best co-workers anyone could ask for.

Cons

My role was in-office every day and I feel like it could have easily been a hybrid WFH/In-Office position.
