Pros

The best thing about Buckland is the welcoming nature of all employees, from Operations to Executive Management. There is a feeling of a common goal that we are all working toward and I sincerely feel appreciated for my efforts.

Cons

Not many, but there could be better transparency surrounding major company decisions.

Pros

The work-life balance is great but the best part of the company is the employees. They are mostly down to earth and ready to get things done.

Cons

There was not much room for advancement in the company. The hours are 24/7 and most people work odd hours. Upper-level Management needs improvement and needs to hold all employees accountable for their work. Poor career advancement and poor incentive for employees to stay.
