I was with Buckland for almost two years. The trade management business was a relatively new venture for the established Customs broker. Local management was very knowledgeable and committed to making the venture a success. Great benefits.

Cons

I do not feel that there was a great deal of trust in the local management from headquarters. Senior management was very quick to micro-manage instead of letting the local office run the business.
