Pros

You get to work from home. Are flexible with scheduling and does have a good work life balance. PTO is good too.

Cons

You get to work from home... but its like you are at the office. Micro managing over the top, redundant processes that waste time. Not open to improving, want you to go above a beyond for a ridiculous low pay.
