Great to work with the kids

Cons

Lots of unfairness within program. Communication is awful. Directors of ECP don’t support staff- and too many chefs in the kitchen… They don’t even send a positive message during teacher appreciation week.

Pros

The staff is dedicated and hard-working. The children are awesome.

Cons

Over the past 10 years leadership and working conditions have deteriorated. Students are not getting the programming or intensity of programming that I believe they need. Difficult to find trained paraprofessionals.
