Long training process for new buyers

Incredibly low pay. Mandatory Sunday morning meeting once a month even though Sunday was my day off. Pay is so low that it is impossible to live close to store. There is no parking for employees, making people reliant on public transit, which was very unreliable, but still had crazy strict policies about lateness, even before store opened, All of this was run by corporate. Schedule was not set permanently and started anew each week. I was often scheduled to close one day and then scheduled to open the next morning, which was draining and made it difficult to plan appointments and life in general.
