Pros

you definitely become faster and better at multitasking. They are very green and cool when it comes to helping the community.

Cons

They work you way to hard without any recognition. They want you to be a pushy customer service monster. The pay is terrible for the amount of work they have you do. Of course this all differs in the whatever store you work in.
