Pros

Amazing co-workers and supervisors, accepting of diverse personal styles, positive work environment, lots of training, loyal customers, a company that is interested in the well-being of its employees

Cons

Working with used clothing can be dusty, and some difficult customer situations can arise. Otherwise, it is a very enjoyable company to work for. You do have to work hard-- it is a fast paced environment, and it requires a lot of practice to become good at buying, but it is worth it.
