Pros

Good products. Strong customer service.

Cons

Poor leadership. Terrible internal culture (or lack thereof). Morale extremely poor and no meaningful plan to effect a difference in any of these issues... Compensation heavily weighted to senior leadership.

Pros

I would like to say something positive about Buffalo, but I was miserable here. I would have moved jobs, but for the economy. When something finally opened up, I grabbed it, even though it meant a longer commute and a pay check.

Cons

Nobody cares about the customer. It’s all about money and margins. And nobody cares about the products quality. The only question is how many can we sell.
