Pros

Most of the employees are friendly and helpful.

Cons

Product is boring and hard to sell. Certain managers have unrealistic expectations and don't recognize hard work. Products to do sell are being discontinued.

Pros

The pay was very good. There were some good people there. We were working on a cloud based server for Buffalo Tech. It was very interesting work.

Cons

Management did not have a plan to make money on the project. It was eventually killed because of this. USA employees were treated like 2nd class citizens in the Japanese based company. It was very difficult to be promoted and your ability to affect strategic decisions was limited.
