Pros

In general employees are friendly. The company provides free soda and coffee, & good healthcare benefits.

Cons

dysfunctional upper management, no clear directions with constant changes, lack of communication, difficulty in communicating (The company is a subsidiary of a Japanese corporation. Often times something gets lost in translation.), reactive to problems instead of being proactive, demotivated and confused employees & limited carrier opportunities

Pros

Nice environment and friendly collegues. Not stressful place to work in. Management very considerate if personal life entwined with work life.

Cons

No career advancement. Mostly stuck at your current position for the rest of your life. Once in, thats it. No proper pay rise even for senior staff. No help from HQ regarding new models & range.
