Pros

Kids are adorable when their teddy comes to life and it makes you happy to see them happy! People I work with are lovely and relatively helpful if they are also bear builders!

Cons

Pay is low Management is shockingly rude Never get breaks on 9 hour shifts hours aren't given out fairly people can be gossipy

Pros

- company really tries to have fun with its employees with many creative ways of positive encouragement (i.e Atta Bears, store perks for more sales, etc.) - management is very positive, sympathetic, and always friendly, even when giving needed criticism by, instead of getting angry, offering further help and/or training on the matter - discounts!

Cons

- hours are harder to come by - inconsistency of workflow

Pros

Fun. Easy to learn "must see behaviors" Great team environment Excellent, exciting products. Bringing a smile to someone's face or helping them through a tough time, either way it always feels good to add something positive to the world.

Cons

The pay and hours are not conducive to living. The only "Full Time" position is the GSM, all other positions are only guaranteed between 8-20 hours a week from min wage for Sales Associates to around 10 an hour for lower management depending on how well you negotiate. Also, stores having to "earn" hours for payroll by making arbitrarily set "plan" goals? That needs to stop. It hurts business and employees.
