Pros

-Amazing coworkers and management -Flexible schedules -Customers are generally in a good mood when they come here -Fun dynamic work environment

Cons

-Every deal has terrible signage and is described vaguely which confuses guests. I am sick of getting yelled at over the 2 for 45 bears. -Some of the things we are told to do to meet sales goals feel unethical -It is difficult to get over 20 hours a week unless you have a completely open schedule, and even then it's less than 25. Benefits only apply at 30+ hours
