Pros

Easy to learn how to do the job, the people in my store and my district manager actually make it quite enjoyable. The company interface BearNet makes doing tasks such as floor changes, training, basically anything you can think of, very easy.

Cons

Pay is extremely low, especially since you have to be 18+ to work there

Fun environment

Pros

It’s a very fun environment. You get to make bears every day. You make cute displays for floorset, see other people happy with their stuffed animal, and you do encounter a lot of customers with the same interests as you.

Cons

The parents. Truly, as far as customer complaints go, there’s not a lot. But the parents are what can make the experience awful, especially if there’s a line they have to wait in.
