Pros

It's a great place to work if you like children! Customer interaction is hands down the best aspect of the job.

Cons

This being said, in my experience, management often lets responsibility fall to casual workers rather than themselves if anything goes wrong, even if it isn't our fault. We had a constant overhaul of managers and they consistently ended up playing favourites and giving 3/4 of the staff minimal shifts. My pay was ridiculously low when I started working there at 15.
