      Pros

      Great concept and fun loving guests, I loved meeting children and connecting. The ceiling is high in terms of being creative at work.

      Cons

      Loyalty & innovation was hardly appreciated by the management, as long as they could cash in. Social climate good for the "right" person. Constant complains and berating off-floor while playing it nice on-floor. Confusing? Yes!

      Pros

      The guests always put a smile on my face! It feels nice to brighten someone's day. The managers really make you feel like your a part of a family. You will have the most rewarding experience by working here!

      Cons

      The denim shirts are not so nice to wear, they feel uncomfortable and have to be tucked in! The summer tends to be slower so less hours but overall a great place to work

      Pros

      My supervisor and I worked together to meet my goals and the company's. I had the chance to learn from very bright people. I received a lot of guidance and also had many chances to work independently. I had midterm reviews. Through out my time we discussed my performance and how I could improve. My supervisor helped me tremendously on one of my weaknesses, being shy. There was a presentation at the very end focusing on our overall experience. I was terrified to be speaking in front of the whole company but I received a lot of coaching and preparation help in advance. My coworkers at BABW really cared about my progress and success. The environment is professional and very personable as well. I woke up excited for work each morning!

      Offers weren't given at the end of internship as most companies do.
