Pros

The environment was friendly and exciting. It was my first job and I learned a lot about retail through my time there. There was tons of training related to the product. Also it was a great environment for young bubbly personality. The other associates were great and we really were a close team, I enjoyed the experience of being a bear builder!

Cons

There were major issues with management. When the store first opened we had a great leadership team and then many of them left very quickly, the new managers were not the best at feedback and allowing us to balance work and our personal lives.

Pros

Great corporate support! Good vacation time, great store and lots of fun guests. The job can be stressfull, but it is the most rewarding job I have ever held. The guest compliments you every day and it is always a pleasure to make them happy.

Cons

really none. It is a great company that I would recommend to anyone. If you are up to the challenge of running a great guest first store and working with a team of mostly younger folks this is for you
