Pros

A company with heart. Teddy bears and kids are fun. Great product to sell. It's hard work but a lot of fun. Ok to wear jeans and bring dogs to work (at BQ). Good and hard-working team of people in stores and at BQ. Some cool and interesting perks. Lots to do.

Cons

Lots to do. Uniforms are questionable. Salaries can be low. Benefits good but not great.

Pros

The other employees are fun to spend time with. Raises are given in a fair manner to everyone. Fun atmosphere because there is constantly something going on.

Cons

Few bonuses or perks. The days can get long with few breaks. Dealing with parents who get upset easily is sometimes worse than dealing with the kids.

Pros

Wonderful workplace, best environment I have ever been in while working in retail. The children always have such great stories and the people that you work with are so much fun! The company offers great games to motivate their employees and an end of the year party in which they pay for everyone to either go do something together or buy something for each of the employees. Overall it is such a wonderful place to work I would highly suggest it to anyone looking for a spot in retail!

Cons

Low pay, the BAB motto is that if you have to ask what the compensation is for a job, then you are not right for the job. An employee should care about the people and the place they work for, and not the price you are being paid.
