Pros

Fun to work with kids.... if you like kids. Everyone is friendly. Friendships made that I think will last a lifetime.

Cons

If you don't like kids, no fun to work here. Everyone is friendly, or possibly not all there in the head.

Pros

Managers are very respectful of employees They set you up for success, and give back positive criticism. Paid birthday and holidays, weekly/monthly "contests" for gift baskets and rewards Decent pay, higher if you have experience with kids. Very flexible scheduling, as long as you are respectful enough to let them know in advance. Very friendly, easy going working environment Pretty much paid to be a kid, creating new "friends" all day!

Cons

Don't get a lot of hours starting out (maybe 15 a week max), and newer employees are stuck on the stuffing machine for 5-6 hours. Kids can get annoying if you're having a rough day. If you dislike the Jonas Brothers, Hannah Montana, or iCarly, you'll hate this job. We have their songs on the sound machine, and kids LOVE to press them over, and over, and over. and we are't allowed to tell them to stop. Have to be good at multitasking, you MUST greet EVERY guest in the store, and follow all procedures.

Pros

fun environment, fast paced, positive atmosphere, fun promotions, co workers were easy to get along with, lots of free t shirts

Cons

got cheesy after a while, kids vomitting, peeing, crying in the store, angry parents, obnoxious teenage lovebirds, birthday parties, having to dress up as the bear
