Focus has shifted in recent years from the original mission of the company. What made BABW great has slowly deteriorated although overall it is still a good company to work for.

Was hired for a part time position for the holiday season that I was told would transition to a normal part-time position. Went through the entire hiring and training process, worked 2 shifts that went great. When I called to ask for my schedule while I was home for winter break, I was put on hold for 10 minutes before being told that they were unable to schedule me because they did not have enough hours, and they would call me January 1st. They knew that my break ended January 5th. I explained this to management and they did not seem to care. When I picked up my paycheck, they shorted me a whole shift and only paid me for 1/2 shifts that I did work. I purchased the appropriate uniform and everything, and they never contacted me again, not even after January 1st. Had to scramble to find another holiday position at the last second.
