Pros

They do have a decent amount of opportunity's for promotion however you will definitely need to grind for a few months to get it.

Cons

Overdemanding workload for entry-level positions. Low pay, switching to hybrid soon.

Weekly meetings to build you up then break you down. Terrible pay for all that you do. Company cares more about money than their own employees.
