Pros

As far as software jobs go in Chico, Build.com is the best. You have a lot of freedom in what you work on. There's a lot of experienced developers around you as well.

Cons

Some of the hires and positions filled weren't my favorite, but that's just a detail. Other departments are a bit cliquey, as well as upper management... But that's how corporations often operate.

Thank you for your review. Much appreciated and glad you enjoyed your time here. As far as your cons go, you are probably right. As far as cliquey goes, there are a lot of friendships formed here and sometimes that can be perceived as cliquey and I'm sorry if you saw that as a negative.
