Strong market and market potential, very strong Executive Team. Company is maturing and going through the challenge of scale.

Cons

A lot of moving pieces like in every fast moving startup. A lot of work to do as well. Fast pase Company, not for everyone.

- The salary was decent

Cons

- No feedback on performance - Lacking collaboration, bonuses are threatened for not hitting specific targets even though unplanned work and priorities constantly changed and the team is punished for it. Poor incentivization for helping your colleagues - No prioritization of systemic technical failings. constantly mounting tech debt. Always pushing new features but never maintaining the product -
