      Pros

      Since my first day in the company everyone has made me feel I am part of the company, that they need me, and that I am important. The company offers a lot of benefits that most companies don't offer anymore. It is not allowed to do overtime 99% of the time, not because they don't want to pay you but because they take care of you and there is nothing more important than your wellbeing. The company has been in continuous growth during the last 5 years at least and you are promoted with their growth as well. This has been the best company I have worked at yet!

      Cons

      Since it is such a great company, it is not as easy to get a job. They usually require years of experience and the process and interviews are not like typical interviews.

      Pros

      I recently started with Builders in the Customer Contact Center and I can't say how supportive, knowledgeable and helpful everyone is. I have been introduced to employees in every department and I can honestly say that I never met a kinder and welcoming group of people before at any job I ever had. the benefits and pay is great as well as the perks you receive just for working for Builders. I look forward to working with this company for a long time! From the Culture to the transparency, I can go on and on about how great it is to be a part of the builders family.

      Cons

      The only downside was that I didn't find Builders Mutual sooner! No cons that I have heard of or encountered.

      Good environment for employees. Friendly, informal, low expectations overall

      Cons

      Not a good environment for leadership growth and development. CEO very status quo, stays in office, conflict adverse, and does not solicit opinions of leadership.
